Step 1 - Understanding your requirements

We will discuss with you first to understand your requirements, so that we can assign a full or part time bookkeeper depending on various factors like, the level of skills required, turnaround time, Accounting Software used, etc

Step 2 - Clients sends the files

Normally the client sends in all the relevant files to their assigned virtual accountant by Fax/scan/Drive/ email. The dedicated accountant will then receive the files from the local PC through a secured channel. The client can also regularly interact with virtual accountant whilst the work in progress to clear any doubts and/or know the status of the work.

Step 3 - Jobs Done!

The dedicated virtual accountant will perform the work on the client files under the supervision of another senior member for quality control purposes and will update the completed task on daily or weekly basis as per terms of the work order to the fullest satisfaction of the client
