ACCASYS offers partnership registration

Payroll Administration

A Partnership business structure can only be formed when there are at-least two or more individuals involved in administering a business. Partnership registration is relatively easy and not compulsory in the eye of law (Indian Partnership Act, 1932). The Registration of partnership deed will clearly layout the duties of each partner and the need to oblige each one’s responsibility and perform their duties as per agreed terms as set out in the Partnership Deed. The unregistered partnership firm cannot sue third parties but can be sued by third parties in any case. The same applies to partners who cannot sue each other and the firm as a whole - this is a big setback for an unregistered partnership firm.
